New York Times best-selling author, Lisa See, gave a book talk about her latest book, Daughters of the Sun and Moon, at the Golden Dragon Restaurant on July 9. The event was co-sponsored by the Chinese Historical Society of Southern California and The China Society of Southern California.
Approximately 250 people were in attendance. They enjoyed dinner prior to her talk. We would like to thank all of our volunteers and the people who attended this very successful event.
