Dr. Raymond Douglas Chong is a Professional Engineer, Senior Roadway Manager, and Public Historian. President of Generations, LLC, he is an acclaimed journalist, filmmaker, and poet. His work bridges technical expertise and historical research, focusing on transportation systems and the essential legacy of Chinese labor in America.
