As a member of the Society’s Board of Directors\, he also represented CHSSC with speaking and media appearances on Chinese American historical topics. After a decade long hiatus for his career as a tax attorney and familial responsibilities\, he re-emerged as a writer and observer on Chinese food in the United States\, weaving in aspects of our Chinese-American history into today’s Chinese foodie world.
